Charles Vier first appeared on Pluto the Maker‘s Jan. 2017 release Distort. The collaboration titled Young at Heart features Vier on its chorus, which would stay his only public material up until his first solo effort, the 4 track EP Slight Blue Tape issued Dec. 4th 2018.

Based in Berlin, Charles Vier is an electronic pop project by songwriter & producer Alessandro Manolo and producer/engineer Julian “Der Monarch” Scheufler. Having written, produced, recorded & released Aless Manolo’s Glow (Feb. 2016), Pluto the Maker’s Distort (Jan. 2017) under their label IO Airwaves alongside the corresponding visuals, this latest 4 track effort is their most evolved work. These songs were joined by a new release of the single Walkman combined with a music video on July 24th 2019. Both single and video were premiered at Music Pool Berlin May 29th 2019.

Charles Vier is currently working on his debut LP with Der Monarch alongside the artists Solomon Gold, Konsequence & Pluto the Maker as well as preparing for first live shows in 2020.
